2. Visual Assets & Disclosures
To demonstrate the technical fidelity of the YarnVision XR engine while protecting sacred or restricted cultural knowledge, this site utilises a combination of:
- Original Media: Proprietary photography and video captured during field research.
- Licensed Media: Commercially licensed stock imagery used for technical prototyping.
- Concept Visualisations: Generative AI-assisted imagery developed in collaboration with our Founding Artists to sketch immersive environments.These assets serve as "Technical Placeholders." In accordance with our roadmap, all placeholder media will be replaced by 100% community-verified, authentic cultural data during our pilot deployments.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Framework
- Platform IP: YarnVision retains sole ownership of the underlying software architecture, code, XR frameworks, and technical innovations.
- Cultural & Intellectual Property (ICIP): YarnVision strictly adheres to ICIP protocols. We do not claim ownership of any traditional stories, motifs, or cultural knowledge. All such data remains the 100% property of the originating Traditional Owners and Artists.
4. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from capturing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any assets or code from this site without express written consent from the YarnVision team.
